Vestas grows China presence with 100MW turbine order
Wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has further underlined its appeal to the Chinese markets with a 100MW order win.

China Smart Grid Market To HIt $61B by 2015
The total value of China’s Smart Grid market is expected to rise from US$22.3 billion in 2011 to US$61.4 billion in 2015, according to a new market report.
In 2010, China ranked number one for the first time in the world for energy consumption and total investment in clean energy. The country will hold that ranking for at least the next five years, according to analyst firm Zpryme.

New deal demonstrates solution to China wind/grid issues

Austin Energy to receive plug-in electric Ram trucks; project to study electric vehicles as grid power sources
